01Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Monica Saldana, doing business as Umbrella Marketing AI (collectively, “Umbrella,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit umbrellamarketingai.com, use its client or team workspaces, request services, or communicate with us.

Umbrella operates from Utah, United States. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to support@umbrellamarketingai.com.

02Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, service interests, marketing goals, project details, files, feedback, approvals, social account identifiers, and communications with us.

When you use an account or workspace, we may also collect login and access information, project requests, campaign records, approval history, uploaded materials, invoices, agreements and support messages. Payment card information is generally collected by the applicable payment processor rather than stored directly by Umbrella.

We may automatically receive technical information such as device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, referral source, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and site-performance or diagnostic data.

03How we use information

We use information to provide and improve our services; respond to inquiries; prepare strategies, content and campaigns; operate accounts and workspaces; route requests to appropriate specialists or systems; process transactions; maintain security; prevent misuse; measure performance; comply with legal obligations; and communicate about projects, service updates and support.

We may use business and project information with AI-assisted tools to research, organize, draft, analyze or improve work. Human review and client approval remain part of our workflow where applicable.

04Cookies and analytics

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to keep the site functional, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure campaign performance, secure accounts and improve the experience.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect site features. Where legally required, we will request consent before using nonessential cookies.

05AI and automated tools

Umbrella uses AI and automation to support marketing strategy, content creation, lead handling, reporting, quality checks and workflow management. Information submitted for a project may be processed by carefully selected technology providers solely to support the requested work and related operations.

Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, protected health information or other highly sensitive personal data through ordinary forms, chat tools or project briefs unless we have expressly provided an approved secure method.

06How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, store files, communicate, process payments, provide analytics, operate AI tools, manage customer relationships, publish approved content, or deliver other requested services. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for their functions.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or misuse, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices ever constitute “selling” or “sharing” under an applicable privacy law, we will provide the required notice and choices.

07Social platforms, Amazon and external services

At your direction, our services may interact with platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon, email providers, analytics services and other third-party tools. Those services have their own privacy practices and terms. Connecting an account may allow the selected platform and Umbrella to exchange account identifiers, access tokens, approved content, publishing status and performance data according to the permissions you grant.

Some pages or campaigns may contain affiliate links, including Amazon Associates links. A third party may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute purchases and calculate commissions after you follow an affiliate link.

08Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of record and the relationship.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a request, email support@umbrellamarketingai.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. You can unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in the message or by contacting us; we may still send necessary service communications.

10Children, international visitors and changes

Our services are intended for businesses and people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can address it.

If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. We may update this Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
